Our garment making begins with a consideration of fabrics. We don't choose fabrics from those available on the market, but we face them ourselves, think about them, and design them. We use the knowledge and skills we have cultivated over 25 years to research and develop sewing machines in collaboration with our craftsmen. We modify old American-made sewing machines that we imported ourselves and reproduce the details of the good old days. This is something that is only possible at F.O.B FACTORY and is not achievable through mass production. The vintage, faded look that characterizes F.O.B is achieved entirely through manual processing. We work hand in hand with a factory in the Okayama area that offers cutting-edge processing and discuss with their craftsmen until we achieve the ideal finish, completing our products through repeated prototyping.
