The F2384 revisits the origins of the denim jacket through a construction directly inspired by early 20th-century workwear. F.O.B FACTORY utilizes its 14 oz G-3 selvedge denim, which features an irregular weave that provides a highly authentic texture and a rugged aesthetic.
The body of the jacket is crafted by orienting the denim horizontally, positioning the selvedge ID along the hem. This unique approach enhances its vintage character while serving as a notable technical detail.
The intentionally stripped-back construction evokes the mass-produced workwear of the era: sewing operations are kept to a minimum, with certain elements secured directly by rivets, resulting in a distinctly raw aesthetic.
