As a tool box manufacturer, due to our products' strength in uniqueness and differentiation from other products in a market, Toyo Steel has a TOP share (70% share) in the Japanese market steel tool boxes. We maintain a strong position in a niche market. Toyo Steel started as a professional industrial products manufacturer. However, we have also evolved into the lifestyle market - due to our unique design, combined with Japanese craftsmanship. In addition to industrial customers, Toyo Steel has been highly appreciated by audiences with a strong aesthetic sense, such as the MoMA Design Store (USA/Japan). Toyo Steel's know-how Our toolbox was born when Toyo Steel successfully developed deep drawing technology for very first time, in 1969. Our toolbox is seamless, lightweight, with a round, soft handle without sharp corners. They also have exceptional durability and functionality. Our authentic design has also been highly appreciated for many years. Throughout our history, we have continued to obtain numerous design patents and received two "Good Design Awards" (Y-350/2009. TWR-2・TWR-4/2014). Also, in order to establish a stable quality system, we have obtained ISO (ISO9001: 2000/2007, ISO45001: 2018/2020). Under strict quality control, we continue to manufacture with technology not found in other companies and maintain quality that matches the value of Made in Japan. Our know-how is transmitted to our derivative brands, “ARCHE” and “KONSTELLA”.
