The Mestari Control is one of the newest silhouettes in the KARHU collection and our latest model featuring a sturdy, slip-resistant outsole. Inspired by several prototypes from past KARHU catalogs, this model combines classic design elements with modern functionality. The Mestari Control uses a new traction pattern found on an early '80s version of the Albatross. Our design team reinvented this unique outsole to create a more rugged version of the Mestari with more grip for everyday use. Additionally, the Mestari Control's upper features detailed tooling inspired by an older silhouette, the KARHU Balance.
