FILSON pants
Our rugged cargo pants combine the double-layer reinforcement of Filson's legendary double-tin fabric pants with the utility cut and fabric of pants issued to troops of World War II. We designed these military pants directly after those issued by the American army in 1941, in a reverse satin weave faithful to the original.
It is loose at the seat and thighs to guarantee unrestricted freedom of movement, and has darts at the waist and knees for a better fit. The front and back pockets are protected with flaps to keep contents secure, the right rear with a button and the left rear with a hidden snap. Large, flap-covered cargo pockets on the sides of the legs are pleated for stretch. Inside the waistband there is a hidden security pocket with button closure.
The sturdy mid-weight fabric is a reverse sateen weave, smooth on the inside to minimize friction during activity. The cuffs are adjustable with a drawstring to prevent the intrusion of brush or tall grass. Finished with suspender buttons, zip fly and buttoned waistband.
