The ST117 WWII Type 1 Jacket is Standardtypes’ contemporary take on a classic 1940s military-style jacket. Its design draws on the functional, rugged elements of vintage workwear and military uniforms, while adopting a looser, more modern silhouette.
This selvedge denim version is crafted from 100% cotton—a heavyweight fabric chosen for its durability and character. Functional details include a large chest pocket, hand-warmer pockets, flat-felled seams, and copper rivets.
The boxy, slightly cropped, oversized silhouette is enhanced by dropped shoulders. The construction is designed for easy layering, all while maintaining the authentic look of a WWII-inspired Type 1 jacket.
