With a long lineage and variety of products, Footpatrol has taken a deep dive into the The KARHU archives in search of hidden treasures... They stumbled upon the 1980s KARHU snow boot, nicknamed “SNOWSTAR”. The SNOWSTAR boot was that of KARHU answer to warm running shoes for fitness enthusiasts for winter use, compiled of durable nylon material with split leather reinforcements, quick lacing system and a snow guard hidden in its velcro-fastening fairing.
Taking inspiration from the SNOWSTAR silhouette, Footpatrol has created a modernized, city-equivalent runner using the Fusion 2.0 model as a template, making the model a more durable, easy-to-wear offering, equipped for today's needs current trends.
Adding a blend of water-repellent nylon, smooth nubuck and rubber panels and OG branding, this pair is Footpatrol's vision of a tough, runner that keeps its inspiration firmly etched in the snow, just like its predecessor, the SNOWSTAR boot. The shoes come in a special box inspired by the original SNOWSTAR packaging
